Our manufacturer’s intent is that these human cell and tissue products are regulated under 21 CFR 1271.10 under section 361 of the PHS Act. This includes following the June 2020 guidance document by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Regulatory Considerations for Human Cells, Tissues, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Products: Minimal Manipulation and Homologous in context to structural tissues regulated under section 361 of the PHS Act. These products are intended for research purposes only and are not labeled to have any indications or specific applications. While peptides are not HCT/p's they are regulated as biologics and as such this Account Agreement is still applicable and needs to be completed in advance of any shipments from our manufacturer. 

 

Every licensed medical professional that will be purchasing these products will need to sign a copy of this consent. If you practice at multiple locations, a consent form is required for each location and location address must match license.

Shipping And Handling:

AIM's manufacturers will ship products once the order is submitted and payment in full is received by AIM. Some products are shipped frozen in dry ice; please reference expiration label on shipment. Tracking number is provided to client by end of day on the day product is shipped.

 

Product(s) REQUIRE an appropriately licensed medical professional or authorized employee to sign for receipt of product(s If licensed medical professional or employee thereof does not sign for the product(s) at time of delivery, the product(s) could be rendered unusable. AIM is not liable for any loss that occurs due to no delivery or lack of signature.
